RRCM Construction Management, formerly Rite Reno, is a premier general contracting and construction management firm serving South Florida and the Greater Toronto Area. What began in 2014 as a full-service renovation company grew steadily into the specialized firm we are today. The RR from our Rite Reno roots and the CM from our construction management expertise came together to form our identity: RRCM. A name that reflects both where we started and where we are headed.

Our Story

Founded by Cush Hibbert in 2014, RRCM started with a clear mission: to bring professionalism, systems, and accountability to an industry that too often lacked all three. Cush didn’t come from a traditional construction background. He came from a project management mindset. Early in his career he saw a consistent gap in the market. Jobs being mismanaged, clients left in the dark, and no real process holding it all together. He built RRCM to solve that.

We started in painting and residential renovations, building our craft, our systems, and our reputation one project at a time. As our expertise grew, so did the scope of our work. Over the years we began taking on more commercial projects including medical offices, corporate spaces, restaurants, and shopping centers. That commercial experience accumulated steadily, sharpening our process and deepening our understanding of what business owners and operators truly need from a construction partner. It all came together when we completed our first major office tenant improvement, working alongside professionals to deliver a space that was ready to operate from day one. That project confirmed what we already knew. Commercial construction is where RRCM does its best work, and the systems we built along the way made us better at it.

Today RRCM specializes in turn-key commercial construction across office, retail, and hospitality sectors, delivering renovations, build-outs, and tenant improvements for business owners, property managers, and developers. We also deliver premium renovations for residences, applying the same professional standards and project management rigor that defines everything we do.
